Mini Racing Green Edition

Post by Jameslucey » Tue Jun 26, 2018 7:15 pm

Looking for information about Racing Green Edition Minis.
Recently bought a 1989 mini with all the decals and black interior is there anyway to tell if this is genuine? And if so are they rare and worth bigger money ? Thanks pics of the car bellow.

The Racing Green, Flame Red and Checkmate were limited editions based on the 998cc Mini Mayfair and were green, red and black respectively with a white roof they came with black "crayon" seats, 3 clock dash and radio and 12" plastic hub caps as standard.
No rarer than any of the other LE's of the time.

A fully carbon fiber Mini Marcos shell weighs just 7.25kg.
